How to use the Boardroom Researcher
Follow this protocol to synthesize your first strategy deck.
Initialize Workspace
Go to your shared Google Drive folder.
Action: Place the Master Strategy Template (Google Slides) inside this folder.
(Tip: Create a sub-folder named "Archive" to keep things tidy later.)
Upload Transcript
Drag and drop your raw transcript into the main folder.
- Format: Must be a
.txtfile. - Limit: Max 200,000 tokens (~10 hours of audio).
Processing...
The agent scans the folder every few minutes.
Status Change: You will know the agent is working when your transcript filename automatically changes to include [DONE].
Mission Complete
Once the transcript is marked [DONE], a new Google Slides file will appear next to it.
It contains your fully synthesized strategy deck.
