I built Focus Agents to solve my own problems first.

Most AI tools are built by engineers who have never managed a design backlog or sat in a sprint planning meeting. After 8 years as a Director of Product Design leading teams from startups to the Fortune 500, I realized elite designers were drowning in busy work rather than the strategy they were hired for.

I spent my career fixing this through operational strategy—eventually unlocking $35M in projects and driving a 17% increase across a $1.3B portfolio. Focus Agents is the evolution of that mindset. I leveraged n8n to build a specialized suite that automates research synthesis and bridges the 'spec-to-dev' gap. I didn’t build this to replace the designer; I built it so they finally have the bandwidth to lead.
