Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Focus Agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our AI agents or operational workflows.
2. Single-Seat License & Fair Use
Access to Focus Agents is granted on a strict 'Single-Seat' basis. Credentials may not be shared between multiple individuals within an organization. We reserve the right to audit usage logs and terminate accounts that exhibit concurrent usage patterns indicative of credential sharing or automated scraping.
3. The 'Human-in-the-Loop' Protocol
You acknowledge that Generative AI is probabilistic, not deterministic. Focus Agents provides operational drafts, not final work products. You agree that all AI outputs (Jira tickets, slide decks, strategy docs) must be reviewed and verified by a human professional before use. We strictly disclaim liability for errors used in production.
4. Third-Party LLM Dependencies
Our agents utilize third-party Large Language Models (including, but not limited to, OpenAI and Anthropic). We reserve the right to switch underlying model providers at any time to maintain service quality or cost-efficiency. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party API outages or changes in model behavior.
5. Ephemeral Processing & Data
Focus Agents is an ephemeral processing engine, not a storage provider. Because we practice zero-retention for security, we cannot recover transcripts or outputs once the session ends. You are solely responsible for saving your outputs immediately. We accept no liability for data loss associated with our ephemeral architecture.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Focus Agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, roadmap delays, or engineering rework) arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
