1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Focus Agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our AI agents or operational workflows.

2. AI Output Disclaimer (The "Human-in-the-Loop")

Focus Agents provides AI-generated synthesis and automation. You acknowledge that AI can produce inaccuracies. You agree that all outputs must be reviewed by a human professional before being utilized in a production environment or boardroom setting. Focus Agents is an operational aid, not a substitute for professional judgment.

3. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

You retain all rights to the data you input (Figma files, transcripts). However, you agree to indemnify and hold Focus Agents harmless from any legal claims arising from your use of the agents to process data you do not have the legal right to possess or distribute.

4. Subscription, Billing & Termination

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for any breach of these terms, including attempted "jailbreaking" or reverse-engineering of our agent logic.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Focus Agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
