Setup

Do I need to install anything?

No. It's a managed service. Just connect your Google Drive via OAuth.

How long does setup take?

5 minutes. You'll get a Tally form after purchase to connect your Drive folder.

Input & Files

Does it accept raw audio files?

Not yet. Upload text transcripts (.txt) for now. Audio support coming Q2 2025.

How many interviews can I process at once?

+

The agent is tested on batches of up to 20 hour-long interviews per run. It will synthesize themes across the entire batch.

Output Quality

Can I use my company's slide template?

Yes. The agent looks for a 'Master_Template.pptx' in your drive folder. As long as you keep our standard placeholder tags (e.g., {{Title}}), it will use your branding.

Does it hallucinate quotes?

We use a strict 'Grounding' parameter. The agent is instructed to only extract quotes that exist verbatim in the source text.

Data Privacy

Do you train on my transcripts?

Never. We use commercial API tiers with zero-retention policies. Your participants' data is never used to train public models.
